The Person Centred Way

The aim of counselling is to provide you with the space, time and freedom to talk about your problems or difficulties that may be concerning you. 

Together we will then explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential setting.

As your counsellor, I will be there to facilitate your personal and therapeutic growth; by providing you time to process the thoughts and feelings experienced. 

Counselling is considered to be a talking therapy and as such isn't a quick fix to your problems or concerns. Counselling is a personal investment within yourself and takes time and commitment.

I understand that the prospect of the therapeutic process may feel daunting; however the benefits of therapy can be rewarding and long-lasting.
